Game of the Week: Velma Vision

velmas_vision

Velma Vision  is a memory game. In this game, the gamer is Velma who has to help the police nab a gang of thugs by remembering their faces and helping in sketching their faces right  .

In this game you will be shown a face for a few seconds and then you have to remember the facial features and recreate it. If you fail to recreate the face, you will be given a choice of faces and you have to choose the right face.

I have played a lot of memory games. One popular memory game is played using cards. Try playing the card memory game here. You will find umpteen such memory games on the web with different themes and storylines.

I liked Velma Vision for the storyline.

I also liked the simple interactivity design used in the game.

This is just a click -on interactivity. But then do notice how it has been made interesting.

Play the game now!

Please let me know if you liked the game :)

  • Thanks for sharing this game, Rupa. It is really interesting how they have an interesting storyline for a simple memory game. The navigation and controls are also fairly simple.

  • Glad you liked the game Archana :)

  • Interesting game and addictive. I unfortunately did not make it past three suspects. Like you mentioned, the key lies in its simplicity of use.

  • Kia ora Rupa!

Good game this one – it tests the player’s power of observation. There is sufficient delay between action to make the game tricky. It looks so easy, and it is easy to play but not to win :-)

  • @ Rashmi – I also could not get through the levels. However when I repeatedly tried, I could succeed.
@ Ken – Yes. It is not easy to win because it is difficult to remember all the details. But if you repeatedly try you can train your brain to remember
